Housekeeping and Front Office Operations, working closely with your room attendant and Reception teams to teach them the tricks and traits of the trade and to develop their skills, not only that the highest cleanliness standards are maintained, but that your valued guests receive a warm welcome and professional front desk experience.

Every property has it's own special way of doing things, whether it be offering a thoughtful turndown service, special welcome basket for your guests, or towel origami, creatively put on the bed to impress them. These are all components of a corporate culture that is designed to enhance the guest experience. Training your staff at each location helps ensure that everybody will have a consistent experience.
Many Hospitality staff members start on entry-level positions and work their way up. Training makes it easier to recognize the talent that can be developed for higher management positions, for example, a specific housekeeper may show potential to fill a more leading role such as Head Housekeeper or Housekeeping Supervisor, while a Receptionist may show potential for filling the role of a Reservations Manager or even Guest House Assistant Manager.
In this 1-Day workshop, we work closely with your Housekeeping teams, covering:
COST: R350 per staff member (Excl. Travel cost) Minimum 2 Trainees
Travel cost are calculated at R100 per 50km travelled.

Breakfast training can be added at an additional cost of R150 per person.
